There are no accounts, no analytics, no advertising trackers and no cookies on radianceph.com.

If you pick light or dark mode, that choice is saved in your own browser so the next page opens the same way. It never leaves your device.

The contact form doesn't send anything to us by itself: it opens your own email app with your message filled in. We only receive what you choose to send.

Our web host keeps standard server logs (the address a request came from, the page and the browser) to keep the site running and secure. We don't use them to find out who you are.

The “Message us” button opens Messenger. Facebook (Meta) runs Messenger and handles what you send there under its own policies.

When you message our Facebook Page, we see your name, your profile picture and your messages. We use them only to answer you. If an automatic reply answers first, our software reads your message to choose the reply; a person from our team can still read the conversation.

Posts from our Facebook Page that appear on this site are copied when we publish the site. No Facebook code runs on our pages, and nothing loads from Facebook when you visit.

Facebook gives us totals about our Page, such as views and followers. They're counts, not information about you.

We don't sell or rent information about anyone, and we don't use it for advertising.

We share it only when the law requires us to.

This page covers radianceph.com and our Facebook Page. Radiance Store and the point of sale we host for our clients hold each business's own records, which we keep under our agreements with those businesses.

Email hello@radianceph.com with the subject “Delete my data”, or tell us in Messenger. Say which conversation or email address it's about. We delete what we hold within 30 days and write back when it's done.

You can also delete a Messenger conversation from your side at any time. Our Facebook Page doesn't ask you to sign in to anything, so there's no account to close.

Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you can also ask us what we hold about you, or ask us to correct it. Use the same address.
